To further promote the Agriculture Innovation Agenda, USDA invited public and private sector input on the most innovative technologies that can be readily deployed across the agriculture sector.
“Across America, we have seen significant advances in agricultural production efficiency and conservation performance during the past two decades,” said Under Secretary Bill Northey.
“We want to keep the momentum. As part of our Agriculture Innovation Agenda, USDA wants to continue helping farmers access new approaches.”
It is worth noting that the department of agriculture is looking for ready-to-go tech and practices in order to achieve its goal of increasing agri-production while cutting US agriculture’s environmental footprint.
