GATINEAU, QC, July 21, 2023 /CNW/ – Media representatives are advised that the Government of Canada will hold a bilingual technical briefing on the fulfillment of a significant climate commitment with senior government officials from Environment and Climate Change Canada and the Department of Finance Canada.

The briefing will be on background only and not for attribution.

Once registered, reporters will receive documents under embargo and the details to join the technical briefing on the morning of Monday, July 24, 2023.

Following the technical briefing, the Honourable Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Environment and Climate Change, will make an important announcement on the Government of Canada’s fulfillment of a significant climate commitment.
