Bangladesh to receive $202 million from World Bank to address food insecurity in challenging times

The World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors have approved $202 million funding for Bangladesh’s Modern Food Storage Facilities Project in order to increase the capacity of its national strategic grain reserves.

Bangladesh has an impressive track record for growth and development, said the World Bank, which has supported Bangladesh since 1972.
