Owing to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Confederation of Indian Industry is going to organise a virtual Tea Conclave from 1st September, which will have digital conferences, the exhibition of several tea varieties, products related to the tea industry, and buyer-seller meets.

This exclusive virtual platform for tea open-up the horizon of business linkages, Bidyananda Barkakoty, Chairman, CII North East Tea Panel, said.

This digital conclave will be attended by India’s central and state government policymakers, Tea Board officials, tea producers, tea machinery manufacturers, tea research organisations, educational institutes, tea associations, tea customers, financial institutions and others.
