Innovative agri-tech projects such as fruit picking robots and autonomous crop systems are set to benefit from a £24 million UK government fund that aims to help the United Kingdom meet its net-zero target by reducing carbon emissions in food production.

The projects benefitting would apply AI, Big Data as well as robotics to the UK farming in order to bring more efficiency in food production.
