EDMONTON, AB , Jan. 23, 2023 /CNW/ – Media are invited to join the Parliamentary Secretary to the federal Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, Francis Drouin, to tour the laboratory sponsored by Greenfield Global at the University of Alberta.
Greenfield received funding of nearly $2 million in May 2022 under the Agricultural Clean Technology (ACT) program to develop new clean technologies to convert agricultural waste into renewable diesel fuel. Greenfield is collaborating closely with scientists from the University of Alberta.
Media are invited to ask questions and take photos/videos of laboratory equipment throughout the tour.
